Firefox passes IE7 usage in Europe

It was just a matter of time for this to happen. An importand day to all Firefox users wordlwide: The browser war is showing some results. After years of domination from IE, Firefox is taking the lead.

Until now, only Europe uses Firefox more than IE. Here are some statistics: Browser Stats

But I really think that it won’t take long until Firefox will be the most commonly used browser in the US also. Also, just out of curiosity, I went to see what my users are using. I was surprised when I saw that most of my users (50% ) use Firefox also. Considering that most of the users are from the US, I really think this is a good sign.
